Infectious Grooves to play in California with former Slipknot drummer Jay Weinberg

Infectious Grooves, the funk metal side project of Suicidal Tendencies, have announced a concert date for the Garden Grove Amphitheater in Garden Grove, CA, to take plce on March 23. Pre-sales start on February 01 at 09:00am PDT.

The band will play that show with the same lineup as their upcoming Australian tour, featuring bassist Robert Trujillo (Metallica), along with guitarist Dave Kushner (ex-Velvet Revolver). Ex-Slipknot drummer Jay Weinberg will be behind the kit for those dates as well, due to Brooks Wackerman being busy with Avenged Sevenfold. Vocalist Mike Muir and guitarist Dean Pleasants will also be there.

This Californian date will be Weinberg‘s first full show since his surgery and being let go from Slipknot.
