Ilosaarirock day three – with Electric Callboy, Heilung & Decrowned!

The last day of the Ilosaarirock Festival in Joensuu, Finland, saw some interesting bands regarding the rock, metal and alternative music representation of the festival. Chaoszine checked out the bands Decrowned, Heilung and Electric Callboy for you!

Decrowned, a band formed in Joensuu in 2017, plays music that can be described as melodic metal. Heilung, on the other end, a band with members coming from Germany, Norway and Denmark, enchanted the crowd with their magical and mysterious – and maybe also healing, as their band name suggests – experimental folk music. The music is based on real texts and runic inscriptions from Germanic people of the Iron Age and Viking Age. The third band that Chaoszine checked out on the last day at Ilosaarirock was Electric Callboy, the modern kings of “Partymetal”, a german electronicore and metal band.

Iloosarirock Festival in Joensuu will also be held next year, with the dates already set from July 18th to 20th 2025. Tickets are already available to buy under Ilosaarirock’s website!
