Green Day announces global 2024 stadium tour

American punk rock titans Green Day have announced a huge 2024 stadium tour. The group also shared a new video for the song “Look Ma, No Brains!” and you can watch it below.

Entitled The Saviors Tour, the run will hit Europe, the UK and North America between May and September next year. Green Day– comprised of Billie Joe Armstrong, Mike Dirnt and Tré Cool will be celebrating the 30th and 20th anniversary of their “Dookie” and “American Idiot” albums respectively.

The trek kicks off in Monte do Gozo, Galicia, Spain on May 30 and wraps up in San Diego, USA on September 28.

In Europe, Green Day will be joined by Nothing But Thieves, The Hives, Donots, The Interrupters and Maid Of Ace, while in North America they will be supported by The Smashing Pumpkins, Rancid and The Linda Lindas.

The American trio states: “We’ve never been more excited to unleash new music than with Saviors, a record that’s meant to be rocked live, together. So let’s thrash. We’ve got some amazing friends who are coming along for the ride!”

Tickets go on sale Friday, November 10; in North America, it’ll be at 10 a.m. local time, and in the UK and Europe it’s 9:30 am GMT / 10:30am CET.
