Former Obscura and Fear Factory members’ Changeling releases new single “Abyss”

Progressive death metal band Changeling have released the first single “Abyss” from their upcoming debut album. The self-titled album will be released on April 25th via Season Of Mist. The single showcases the band’s versatile style, combining progressive metal, death metal, jazz/fusion and world music.

The band features some of the top names in the metal world. The band features guitarist Tom “Fountainhead” Geldschläger, (ex-Obscura), drummer Mike Heller (ex-Fear Factory), bassist Arran McSporran (Vipassi, Virvum) and vocalist Morean (Alkaloid). The album also features over thirty guest artists, including orchestras and choirs.
