Enter the metal fantasy world: Wind Rose, Angus McSix, Orden Ogen photo report

On the 16th of October in the Parisian Bataclan the portal to the fantasy world was opened, and more than one thousand metalheads witnessed the magical symbiozis of epic stories about dwarves, quests, evil kings, magic swords (and even laser shooting dinosaurs) and the power of metal music in its full glorious splendor. Those responsible for the magic were Angus McSix, Orden Ogan and Wind Rose, all delivering a blasting show filled with unforgettable theatrics, humour and, of course, power-metal. So, I invite you to experience this unique sold-out gig in the photo gallery below:

Angus McSix

These guys were the most well-dressed and well-equipped with the fantasy gear, merging us all into the real fairy-tale and therefore being the most perfect opening act, setting the tone for the rest of the party. The band introduced the new line-up, which already developed a great chemistry. Also, they introduced the Dinosaur, which came unexpected:)

Orden Ogan

After epicly hilarious Angus McSix, everyone was put in a gloomier (but not less epic!) mood by Orden Ogan, who started with a story told by the mysterious “man in black” and continued with an extremely thick and thunderous performance, with snow, sparks and audience, passionately singing “beer” instead of “fear”.

Wind Rose

The main course of the evening, who arrived at the time when the audience was heated up to the point of no return. Singing on top of their lungs, moshing like there was no tomorrow and, of course, waving the air pickaxes. Such expressiveness didn’t pass unnoticed and by the end of the show, somewhere around Ozzy‘s “Shot in the Dark” and “Diggy Diggy Hole” Paris was officially declared by the frontman The Capital of Dwarf Metal.
