Catch Your Breath are continuing their momentum with the announcement of their forthcoming album: “Not Broken Enough”. This work will be out 28th August via Thriller Records. Alongside the announcement, the band have released their new single ”Control”. A song that offers another emotionally charged look into the weight, tension, and vulnerability that have become central to the band’s identity.

Speaking about the new single, vocalist Josh Mowery shares:

“This song is for anyone who’s ever given their whole world to someone, only to realise they’ve accidentally handed over the keys to their own prison. It’s about that devastating moment you realise the person who was supposed to be your safe harbour is actually the one keeping your head underwater.”
