Castle announce European dates for their Evil Remains Tour in September 2024

If there is one thing you should know about CASTLE, it is that they are perhaps the hardest working occult/doom rock band in the world. Of course, when they’re not working like unmatched street dogs, they’re recording albums.

Castle were founded in San Francisco in 2009 by guitarist Mat Davis and bassist/singer Liz Blackwell and released their debut album, “In Witch Order”, via Germany’s Ván Records in 2011. The album brought light to the newly formed band and earned them ‘Album of the Year’ awards from Metal Hammer Norway. Shortly afterwards, Castle joined the Prosthetic Records roster in North America and released both their critically acclaimed second album “Blacklands”, which led to a Canadian JUNO nomination for ‘Metal/Hard Music Album Of The Year’, and the 2014 follow-up, “Under Siege”.
Since the release of its first album, Castle has maintained a relentless touring schedule, performing nearly 700 shows worldwide alongside the likes of The Sword, Conan, Intronaut, The Skull and Pentagram, among many others. The band has appeared at numerous underground music festivals including Roadburn, London’s Desertfest and Berlin and recently completed their first tour in Japan.

On 6 September 2024, the band will release their new album entitled “Evil Remains “which will be premiered in Europe and supported by the attached official video Castle – “100 Eyes” (Official Video)
