California deathcore veterans Carnifex have announced their upcoming album “More Than Misery” and released the title track alongside with a music video. It follows “Roses & Rotting Corpses”, which was released back in May.
The album arrives November 6, 2026, through Sumerian Records. Notably, this marks the band’s first release for the label. Their previous album, “Necromanteum”, came out in 2023 via Nuclear Blast.
Carnifex recorded the new album in Tennessee with Zach Householder of Whitechapel, while Jeff Dunne handled the mix. Additionally, this is the first time the band have worked with that production team.
