Connecticut metalcore band Balmora has dropped “Inheritance & Solitude”, the latest single from their upcoming debut album. The record title “These Graven Halls” arrives May 29 via DAZE. The track follows “Ophelia”, which featured guest vocals from Holder‘s Brie Percy. That earlier single also introduced new vocalist Paul Cole, formerly of Since My Beloved and Wings Of Kynareth.
“These Graven Halls” packs 13 tracks and features contributions from members of I Promised The World, Upon Stone, and Empty Shell Casing, among others. Balmora recorded the album at The Source in New Haven, Connecticut. Drummer Chaz Torok and guitarist Jay Torblaa handled production, engineering, and mixing, with mastering from Brad Boatright at Audiosiege.
The band also carries a busy touring schedule into the coming months. They currently travel with Poison The Well, Converge, and Spy on a North American run. In June, Balmora headlines across the US with labelmates Holder and Azshara. Then in July they join the Summer Slaughter Tour alongside Hatebreed, Devourment, Incantation, Snuffed on Sight, and Face Yourself.
