Exciting times for Ammotrack: The Swedish rock’n’metallers from Skövde not only signed a deal with Crusader Records / Golden Robot Records, but also released a brand new single, entitled “Last Forever“, along with a lyric video. You can check out the video below:
Furthermore, Ammotrack have a new bassist: Oscar Kempe replaces Jonas Jeppsson. The latter announced his departure from the band prior to the release of “Last Forever“:
“Our new song ‘Last Forever’, to be released April 1st, will be my final release with AMMOTRACK. At least for now. It’s been an incredible journey, full of ups and downs. And I’m truly grateful for all the amazing memories we’ve shared. A massive thanks to the fans and friends that supported us over the years! In Dec. 2015 we performed our very last show in front of a live audience. That was it, no more Ammotrack. Shortly after, I decided to leave Sweden and move abroad, in the search of new adventures, to fill the void and take my mind off it. Now, I have a family and a brand-new, much more important task. To be the best father that I can be. Unfortunately, that is just not possible while being part of Ammotrack.”
– Jonas Jeppsson
Now, Ammotrack welcome their new bass player with the following words:
“We’re happy to welcome our new bass player Oscar Kempe to the Ammotrack family! Oscar is an amazing bassist as you may have heard in his other band Neverstore. We have already started recording more songs for our upcoming album and can’t wait for you to hear it”– Ammotrack
Ammotrack were founded in 2004 and disbanded in 2014. Since 2019, the quartet around frontman Mikael De Bruin has been active again.
