What is Faith No More teasing?

The recently revived alternative metal icons Faith No More seem to be planning some reunion touring for the upcoming year after shocking fans on June 16th with a hint for a 2027 comeback, as per theprp. The trio just inked a long-term contract with South American promoter 30e for upcoming international touring ventures, according to Pollstar. System Of A Down signed a similar international agreement with 30e in January of last year, indicating the company’s continued growth into representing popular metal acts.

30e feels like a company that wants to dent into the status quo, and as artists we understand the value of that. Their approach doesn’t feel like the usual machinery; it feels like it’s coming from a different place, with a different kind of energy, and we are willing to get behind that.

Manager Tim Moss stated:

Faith No More has never followed a conventional path, and that’s exactly why this partnership with 30e makes sense. They bring a fresh perspective, real strategic depth, and the kind of global ambition that aligns with the band’s vision. What matters most is that they understand how to build something meaningful around the band without compromising what makes Faith No More unique.

The CEO of 30e Pepeu Correa instead added.

Faith No More has always been synonymous with disruption. They shaped entire generations precisely because they refused to play by the market’s obvious rules, and it is that same audacious spirit that drives 30e. This agreement aims to jointly build a platform for global experiences that respects the band’s transgressive DNA and presents our vision of entertainment to the world.

Following their initial breakup in 1998, Faith No More made a comeback in 2009 before going off the road once more in 2021 due to frontman Mike Patton’s mental health issues during the pandemic. Due to Patton’s problems, the band had to postpone many shows, which essentially put a stop to their second phase. Even though Patton sought professional assistance and went back on the road with his other groups, more information from Faith No More members in the years that followed suggested that Patton wasn’t interested in going back, which placed the band on hold once more.

However, Patton’s opinions of Faith No More seem to have altered more lately. This spring, he reconnected with his bandmates, and this year, while on tour with AVTT/PTTN, he revisited Faith No More‘s catalogue with a few covers.
