We’re getting closer to new music from Make Them Suffer!

The recording of Make Them Suffer‘s sixth studio album is complete, as per theprp. The band just released a post on social media along with a selection of images from the sessions. Producer Dan Braunstein (Spiritbox, Dayseeker) conducted recording sessions for this impending masterpiece; plans for its distribution are still pending.

On September 27, 2010, they self-released their first EP, “Lord of Woe”. The band signed with Roadrunner Records in February 2012, and their first studio album, “Neverbloom”, was released on May 25 of that same year. On May 12, 2014, their single “Let Me In” was released. “Old Souls”, Make Them Suffer’s second studio album, was released on May 29, 2015.In January 2016, the band secured an international contract with Rise Records. They released a new song called “Ether” on June 14, 2016. The band’s remastered “Lord of Woe” EP and a deluxe version of “Old Souls” featuring “Ether” were released on August 19, 2016.

The band announced the release of their third studio album, “Worlds Apart”, on July 28, 2017, and released the single “Fireworks” on June 7. Lachlan Monty, Louisa Burton, and Chris Arias-Real announced their departure from the band on June 9. Booka Nile was revealed as the new keyboardist and Jaya Jeffery as the new bassist. In 2017, the band finished a headline tour in Canada, the United States, Europe, the United Kingdom, and Australia in support of the “Worlds Apart” album. Supporting performers included Wage War, Enterprise Earth, Novelists, Spite, and Alpha Wolf. The new single “27” was released on July 24, 2018. The group toured the United States alongside After the Burial and The Acacia Strain in September 2018.

A 2019 North American tour featuring Born of Osiris, Chelsea Grin, and Kingdom of Giants was announced in December 2018. The band’s new single “Hollowed Heart” was released on June 7, 2019.
