Weezer bassist’s spouse makes court appearance after shooting incident
Weezer bassist Scott Shriner’s wife, Jillian Lauren Shriner, was charged with felony firearms offences on May 13th after she was shot during a police confrontation last month. Shriner, a New York Times bestselling novelist who goes by Lauren, entered a not guilty plea to charges of assault with a semiautomatic firearm and gross carelessness in firearm discharge. She could spend up to 19 years behind bars if found guilty. On June 18, she is scheduled to return to court for a preliminary hearing. Read more about this here!
