Michigan metalcore mainstays We Came As Romans have unveiled their new single, “Bad Luck,” featuring guest performances from Currents and After The Burial. This track sets the tone for their seventh studio album, “All Is Beautiful… Because We’re Doomed”, due for release on August 22, 2025.

The band first dropped “Bad Luck” back on April 17, 2025, marking their first new song in three years. Since then, they’ve released multiple previews including “No Rest For the Dreamer” and “Culture Wound,” the latter arriving in July alongside the full album announcement.

“Bad Luck” took center stage in the opening night of their “Bad Luck Tour”—a high-energy live debut that saw Currents, After The Burial, and Johnny Booth join the lineup in Toronto on July 22, 2025. The band kicked off their set with the track, instantly igniting the crowd into mosh-pit mode.

In essence, “Bad Luck” offers a heavy yet melodic intro to the album, enriched by guest contributions and a foretaste of the intensity fans can expect on August 22. Whether you’re drawn by the emotional heft or the collaborative edge, this release is revving the engine for what promises to be a striking chapter in the bands’ discography.
