Ukrainian band Ignea is not only one of the finest examples of how to combine symphonic and melodic death metal with folk motives at a first-class level, but also an example of a simple human bravery and power of will, ’cause these guys managed to record an outstanding concept album “Dreams of Lands Unseen” during their country being at war.
Chaoszine talked to Ignea`s frontwoman Helle Bogdanova about the challenges of the recording process as well as the album promoting the Ukrainian culture within it’s concept, about travelling, AI and other fascinating things.
