Author Benedetta Baldin - 11.6.2026

The metalcore group Balmora has cancelled their 2026 touring plans, including this year’s first leg of the Hatebreed-led “The Summer Slaughter Tour,” in the wake of their recent collapse due to accusations made against their guitarist Jay Torblaa, as per theprp. The Last Ten Seconds of Life, a deathcore band from Mansfield, Pennsylvania, recently replaced them. Devourment, Incantation, Snuffed On Sight, and Face Yourself are also included in that law. Additionally, Incantation have been scheduled for that run’s ending dates.

The initial lineup included Christian Fisher on drums, Thomas Giamanco on bass, Wyatt McLaughlin and Casey Quick on guitars, and Storm Strope on vocals. The Last Ten Seconds of Life took their moniker from a line from The Smiths song “Stop Me If You Think You’ve Heard This One Before,” despite their heavy sound. They self-released their debut album, “Know Your Exits”, and began touring often within a year of their formation. In order to promote the record, TLTSOL went on extensive touring, and by 2013 they had a new lineup: Anthony Madara took over the low end after bassist Giamanco left, while McLaughlin took over all guitar responsibilities after Quick.
