Rock & roll legends The Rolling Stones have confirmed the title of their first new album since 2005, “Hackney Diamonds”. This will also be their first release since their long time drummer, Charlie Watts, died in 2021.

Full details of the upcoming release will be revealed on September 06 during a YouTube livestream event straight from the Hackney district of East London. It will feature an interview of Mick Jagger, Keith Richards and Ron Wood, questioned by Jimmy Fallon of “The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon”.

The band stated:

Hackney may be at the heart of “Hackney Diamonds”, but this is a truly global moment we want to share with fans around the world via YouTube.
