The 69 Eyes celebrated 20th anniversary of their “Devils” album with an energetic show at Ääniwalli

On June 6th, The 69 Eyes took the stage at Ääniwalli. The night was filled with nostalgic feeling, leather, and gothic swagger. Marking the 20th anniversary of their international breakthrough album “Devils”, the band performed the record in its entirety, much to the delight of devoted fans – some of whom had clearly waited, longing to hear the album’s songs live and in full. From the opening of the title track to the closing track, the night was a special time capsule of the early 2000s. The band’s highly energetic and magnetic stage presence left no fan untouched, proving that even two decades later, the album still stands the test of time.
