Los Angeles-based metal outfit Sicksense – fronted by ex-The Agonist vocalist Vicky Psarakis and Stuck Mojo’s Robby J. Fonts – has dropped a brand-new music video for “Sellout”, the lead track from their debut full-length album “Cross Me Twice”. The video premiered this week and follows the album’s release earlier this March via Earache Records.

“Sellout” kicks things off with aggressive riffs and a catchy yet brutal chorus delivered in classic dual-vocal style. The track sets a defiant tone as the band asserts their identity amidst calls of authenticity—backed by Psarakis’s melodic cleans and Fonts’s aggressive growls.

Their album has been praised for blending diverse metal influences—nu-metal, metalcore, progressive elements, and even rap—into a cohesive, genre-bending sound. Reviewers have highlighted its smooth transitions, dynamic vocal interplay, and polished production, all of which shine in “Sellout”.

The new video emphasizes the track’s high-energy feel, with bold visuals that reflect the song’s combative lyrics and heavy riffs. It arrives as the band hits the road for a summer tour across the U.S., with shows running through August.

With “Cross Me Twice”, Sicksense is making a strong impression, pulling in fans of bands like Jinjer, Spiritbox, Evanescence, and early Linkin Park. Their fusion of styles and confident delivery suggests this debut is just the beginning.
