Ozzy Osbourne‘s Los Angeles house, which he shared with his manager and wife Sharon Osbourne, is up for sale again for $17 million, as per Blabbermouth. Oren Koules, a film producer best known for the “Saw” trilogy, sold the house to Ozzy and Sharon in 2015 for $11.85 million. The house was supposedly fully refurbished by Koules, who paid $4.2 million for it in 2010. The house was first listed for $18 million in 2022 by Ozzy and Sharon. The six-bedroom, eleven-bathroom Mediterranean villa-style house in Hancock Park was constructed in 1929 and has more than 10,000 square feet of living area.
Ozzy and Sharon were thinking about moving to the UK full-time when they first listed the house for sale four years ago, but they later took it off the market. Now, Sharon has made the decision to sell the house, which also has a guesthouse on the property. Visit this page to view photos of the property. According to reports, Sharon divides her time between California and the United Kingdom, where she lives at Welders House, a Georgian estate in Buckinghamshire that is classed as Grade-II. After Sharon’s downsizing plans were made public, moving trucks were reportedly recently seen outside the Hancock Park residence.
