Shakra release new single “Angels Landing”

The Swiss hard rock band Shakra has released a new single, entitled “Angels Landing“. You can listen to the song below:

“This one was inspired by an amazing place in the USA that fascinated Thomas Muster, our lead songwriter, during a trip. Angels Landing is a dramatic rock spur in Zion National Park, known for its breathtaking views and challenging hiking trails. The beauty and grandeur of this place gave Thomas the musical inspiration for the song. The challenge for Mark was to write a text that transforms the name ‘Angels Landing’ into a deeper meaning. Mark used the place metaphorically to depict a pivotal moment in life when two people’s paths can cross – a fateful moment deciding whether or not their hearts will unite. […] This text reflects the hope and risk associated with destiny and love – themes that are universal and profound.”

“Angels Landing” marks the first release independent of Shakra‘s current studio album “Invincible” which was released on 9 June 2023 via AFM Records. “Invincible” is the 13th studio album by Shakra.
