Scorpions have dropped a performance video of their classic “Blackout”, taken from their upcoming live album “Coming Home Live”, recorded during a sold-out 60th anniversary concert in their hometown of Hanover on July 5th, 2025. The show, held at the Heinz von Heiden Arena, marked the band’s first stadium gig in the city where it all began. The album arrives on vinyl and CD on November 14th.
Before that, the band will release “From The First Sting” on September 26th—a career-spanning compilation featuring hits like “Rock You Like A Hurricane” and “Wind Of Change”, plus two unreleased tracks: “This Is My Song” and a new version of “Still Loving You” featuring violinist Vanessa Mae. The release will be available in a variety of formats depending on region.
With over 120 million albums sold, Scorpions remain a global rock powerhouse. Their latest studio album “Rock Believer” came out in 2022, and their postponed Las Vegas residency is now set for August, with Buckcherry supporting.
