Rotten Sound, Converge, Eyehategod and more announced for Obscene Extreme 2026

Czech Republic’s legendary extreme music festival Obscene Extreme has begun unveiling its lineup for 2026, and the first announced names already promise another brutally packed edition.

Among the early headliners confirmed for Obscene Extreme 2026 are Rotten Sound, Converge, Eyehategod, and Benighted. As usual, the festival will focus on grindcore, death metal, hardcore, and other extreme subgenres from around the world.

Obscene Extreme 2026 dates and location

Obscene Extreme 2026 will take place from July 1 to July 5, 2026, at its traditional home in Trutnov – Battlefield, Czech Republic. Tickets for the event are already on sale via the festival’s official channels.

According to the organizers, the full lineup will eventually feature 84 bands, with more announcements expected in the coming months.
