Ronnie Radke and Brittany Furlan feud reaches courts with restraining order

Author Benedetta Baldin - 6.1.2026

In May of the previous year, Ronnie Radke, the lead vocalist of Falling In Reverse, became embroiled in a conflict with Brittany Furlan, the spouse of Mötley Crüe‘s drummer Tommy Lee, as per Lambgoat. Furlan alleged that Radke was sending her messages through Snapchat, whereas Radke asserted that she was being subjected to online deception through catfishing. Recently, the dispute has resurfaced, with both Furlan and Radke engaging in reciprocal accusations on Instagram. Consequently, Radke has opted to pursue legal measures. According to reports, Radke has submitted a petition for a temporary restraining order against Furlan in the Los Angeles Superior Court. The legal document alleges that Furlan was engaging in social media harassment directed at Radke.

Ronnie alleges when he ignored her messages, Brittany drove to his house and sat out front. Then, he alleges she followed him to a doctor’s appointment and waited outside, just staring at him. As a result, Ronnie is asking the court to order Brittany to stay at least 100 yards away from him. – from the report

Ms. Furlan is offended to find out this petition was filed because the only victim of harassment is her. We will take all legal measures to defend against this frivolous lawsuit and request the Ms. Furlan be protected from further harassment and threats by the petitioner. – Lou Shapiro, Brittany Furlan’s lawyer

Falling In Reverse return with 2024’s “Popular Monster”, the postmodern trailblazer’s first full-length in seven years. The album arrives armed with no less than three RIAA-certified gold singles (“ZOMBIFIED,” “Voices in My Head,” “Watch the World Burn”), the double-platinum title track, a reimagined nu metal classic, and six brand new anthems of furious metal, melody, and hip-hop.

“Popular Monste”r is a defiant statement and triumphant victory for singer, songwriter, bandleader, and provocateur Ronnie Radke, who invented Falling In Reverse inside a prison cell.

Radke fills the fifth full-length from Falling In Reverse with invincible and irresistible songs that resonate across generations and genres. Co-produced with longtime collaborator Tyler Smyth (I Prevail, Skillet, Lights), “Popular Monster” is full of confessional angst, bravado, and clever wordplay.
