Alternative metal favourites Rage Against The Machine are currently on their return tour. 10% of the band’s tour proceeds are donated to charity.

The band’s concerts at Madison Square Garden have managed to raise quite a bit of money for charity. The charity tickets sold for the concert have raised $1 million, which the band themselves say will be donated to the Immigrant Defense Project and by WhyHunger to Neighbors Together and The Campaign Against Hunger.

RATM played a total of five shows at Madison Square Garden from August 8-14.
