Radkepool fights back: lawsuit targets social media impersonators

Amid ongoing controversy over his alleged catfishing incident, Falling In Reverse vocalist Ronnie Radke has initiated legal proceedings against multiple unidentified individuals whom he accuses of impersonating him on social media platforms Snapchat and Instagram. He asserts that these accounts have been utilized for the purposes of harming, intimidating, threatening, and/or defrauding others, as per theprp.

The lawsuit aims to subpoena the social media companies involved to facilitate the identification of the individuals operating these accounts. Among the accounts in question is one Radke alleges was responsible for impersonating him and contacting Brittany Furlan, the then estranged wife of Mötley Crüe drummer Tommy Lee.

This impersonation reportedly resulted in Furlan appearing outside Radke’s residence in spring 2025, escalating tensions among Radke, Furlan, and Lee. Recent social media comments by Furlan have implied that she may believe Radke was responsible for the account, prompting Radke to seek a restraining order against her earlier this month.

According to TMZ, Radke’s legal action is an effort to exonerate himself by obtaining definitive evidence that he is not associated with the disputed social media accounts. These legal steps follow remarks by former ‘Catfish’ host Nev Schulman, who expressed support for Furlan’s perspective during a recent TMZ podcast interview.

Not even a week ago, Radke has submitted a petition for a temporary restraining order against Furlan in the Los Angeles Superior Court. The legal document alleges that Furlan was engaging in social media harassment directed at Radke.

Ronnie alleges when he ignored her messages, Brittany drove to his house and sat out front. Then, he alleges she followed him to a doctor’s appointment and waited outside, just staring at him. As a result, Ronnie is asking the court to order Brittany to stay at least 100 yards away from him. – from the report

Ms. Furlan is offended to find out this petition was filed because the only victim of harassment is her. We will take all legal measures to defend against this frivolous lawsuit and request the Ms. Furlan be protected from further harassment and threats by the petitioner. – Lou Shapiro, Brittany Furlan’s lawyer
