Nashville, Tennessee blackened deathcore band Ov Ruin have released a new single called “Crowned in Absence.” The track arrives ahead of their upcoming EP, “The Hollow Reign,” which drops October 1, 2026.
“Crowned in Absence” continues from earlier single “A Throne of Nothing.” The releases marks their first new material since the 2025 effort “Eternal Lament.” Ov Ruin features vocalist Cole Odom, lead guitarist Devin Wade, rhythm guitarist Jerry Whitaker, bassist Christian Mangrum, and drummer Jake Thompson.
