Now available Uncured’s new single “3 Minutes”

Uncured, a nü-metalcore band, has made more of their new songs available for streaming. The group criticizes the misuse of prescription medications in the song “3 Minutes,” which was just made public online. Early in 2025, the band plans to release a new EP called “Warpath.”

‘3 Minutes‘ was in part inspired by the drug-related deaths of rappers Lil Peep, Mac Miller and Juice WRLD. This trio of young rappers dominated the growing rap scene in the late 2010s with music that glorified and inspired the recreational use of pharmaceutical drugs. The song is designed to show the ultimate consequences of this behavior. Rex Cox
