Now announced an event to celebrate the life of Andy Williams

On September 27, the Buffalo Riverworks in Buffalo, New York, will host a memorial service for the late Andy Williams, as per theprp. After experiencing a medical issue while performing at a professional wrestling event, the adored musician/professional wrestler—known for his roles in Every Time I Die, Atomic Rule, AEW, and more—tragically passed suddenly last weekend. He was forty-eight. Andywilliamsforever.com is currently offering free tickets for this celebration of life, along with merchandise honouring the great man. The charity that Williams was passionate about will receive 100% of the proceeds from those orders. Through that website, donations are also welcomed.

Anthony Green (Circa Survive, L.S. Dunes), Dan O’Connor and Alan Day of Four Year Strong, and Stephen Brodsky and Adam McGrath of Cave In will all provide acoustic sets to the celebration of his life. There will be more performers. Additionally, submissions for a video tribute to Andy are being solicited for the memorial.

The Buffalo, New York-based American metalcore group Every Time I Die was founded in 1998. The brothers Keith (vocals) and Jordan Buckley (guitar), along with rhythm guitarist Andy Williams, dominated the lineup throughout the most of the band’s existence. Bassist Stephen Micciche also played with the group for a total of 15 of its 24 years. They signed with Epitaph Records in 2008 and stayed there until their breakup in early 2022, having spent the first ten years of their existence on the Ferret Music label. Every Time I Die put out nine studio albums before releasing “Radical”, their last album, in October 2021. The band’s dynamic live performances and ever-evolving sound won them praise.
