Swedish doom trio Monolord has unveiled the third single, “It’s Neverending”, from their upcoming sixth album “Neverending.” The album drops on May 29, 2026 through Relapse Records.
The new track follows the previously released singles “You Bastard” and “Oozing Wound”. Together, the three songs preview the band’s first full-length since 2021’s “Your Time To Shine.”
Producer Sylvia Massy, known for her work with Tool, System Of A Down, and Johnny Cash, recorded “Neverending” with the band in Ashland, Oregon.
Formed in Gothenburg in 2013, Monolord features guitarist and vocalist Thomas Jäger, bassist Mika Häkki, and drummer Esben Willems. Previously, the trio released “Empress Rising” (2014), “Vænir” (2015), “Rust” (2017), and “No Comfort” (2019) before signing to Relapse Records.
Fans can stream “It’s Neverending” now on all major platforms. Meanwhile, pre-orders for “Neverending” remain open through Relapse Records.
