Metallica have shared official live footage of “Sad But True” from their Life Burns Faster residency at the Sphere in Las Vegas. The 1991 song is one of the band’s enduring concert staples. The clip follows recently released residency footage for “Battery”, “Leper Messiah” and “Until It Sleeps”.
James Hetfield has collaborated with EMG on a limited-edition version of his signature guitar pickups to celebrate the company’s 50th anniversary. The set includes an engraved anniversary logo designed by Hetfield and is limited to 200 sets. The JH-N neck and JH-B bridge pickups are based on his preferred sound. Availability through EMG is scheduled for November 13, 2026.
