Metallica releases Milan’s “Lux Æterna” pro-shot video

Now available is a professionally shot video of Metallica playing “Lux Æterna” during the I-Days festival on May 29th, 2024, at Ippodromo SNAI La Maura in Milan, Italy. This performance was part of the band’s “M72” tour. As part of the “M72” tour, Metallica has been doing two-night, non-repeat events in cities around Europe, North America, and now Europe in promotion of their most recent album, “72 Seasons”. Metallica plays on a huge ring-shaped stage at each show, with the Snake Pit in the middle and four drum setups evenly spaced out so that drummer Lars Ulrich can approach the crowd at different moments during the performance.
