Melvins 1983 to release new album “Thunderball” in April – first single available to listen to

Melvins 1983, the original line-up of the legendary band featuring Buzz Osborne and drummer Mike Dillard, has announced the release of a new album titled “Thunderball”. The album will be released on April 18th via Ipecac Recordings and will be the band’s first full-length release in four years.

The album contains five tracks and has a running time of 34 minutes. The first single “Victory of the Pyramids” has already been released and showcases the band’s signature heavy and experimental sound.

The album was recorded by Toshi Kasai at Sound of Sirens Studios and features cover art by Mackie Osborne. The album will be available in multiple vinyl, CD and digital formats.
