Mayhem’s Attila Csihar discusses band’s 40th anniversary, band’s future plans with new music

Norwegian black metal legend Mayhem, founded in Langhus in 1984, is celebrating its 40th anniversary this year by playing a series of special shows around the world. The band, one of the most renowned in its genre, had the honor of closing the Hellsinki Metal Festival held in Helsinki this August.

Chaoszine met with the band’s vocalist Attila Csihar before the show, where he shared memories of the band’s colorful history and gave a glimpse into the band’s future. You can watch the full video interview here:
