Martin Barre (formerly of Jethro Tull) reveals autobiography out next month

“A Trick of The Memory: The Autobiography Of Jethro Tull’s Guitarist”, the autobiography of former Jethro Tull guitarist Martin Barre, will be published by McNidder & Grace on November 6. As reported by loudersound, from 1968 to 2012, Barre played guitar with Tull for more than 40 years. In “A Trick of the Memory” Barre provides frank insights on traveling, the highs and lows of the music business, and the ingenuity that went into some of rock’s most iconic moments. In addition to 16 pages of color images, the hardcover book chronicles his musical journey from his early days in Birmingham, when he played the flute and saxophone before finding his real voice on guitar, to his international tours and iconic records with Jethro Tull.
