Lars Ulrich says it’s too early to talk about a new Metallica album
During the pandemic, there has been talk of metal legends Metallica preparing a new album. However, there is no reason to look forward to the new album, at least if the recent statement by drummer Lars Ulrich is to be believed.
Ulrich spoke about it on the recent SiriusXM radio show “Trunk Nation With Eddie Trunk”:
“It’s way too early to talk about a record or a timeline or anything. But we’re staying busy. And it’s exciting to just think of the possibilities. Right now we’re so rejuvenated and just ready to get back in.”
The band’s last album “Hardwired… To Self-Destruct” was released in 2016.
