Drummer Ray Luzier of nu metal giants Korn has been forced to pull out of gigs in the near future after contracting coronavirus. Luzier has been replaced on drums by Aric Improta of Fever 333 fame.

Improta has just played his first concert as Luzier’s replacement. The concert took place on 15 October in Las Vegas. Video footage of the concert is now available on YouTube.

Korn’s new tour has suffered a number of changes. The band’s bassist Reginald “Fieldy” Arvizu announced in the summer that he was stepping down from the band due to personal problems.

Later, lead singer Jonathan Davis contracted a corona infection, which forced the postponement of some tour dates, and shortly afterwards guitarist James “Munky” Shaffer was also infected.
