Due to their ongoing turmoil over the past year, Brittany Furlan has been granted a restraining order against Ronnie Radke of Falling in Reverse, as per Loudwire. Furlan was given a civil harassment restraining order on March 17, according to court records that TMZ was able to get. The two-year injunction forbids Radke from communicating with Furlan directly or indirectly until March 20, 2028, and mandates that he remain at least 100 yards away from her, her residence, and her place of employment. Radke is prohibited from mentioning Furlan online or encouraging others to get in touch with or harass her, according to court documents that someone posted to Reddit. He may be arrested and charged with a crime that carries a maximum one-year jail sentence, a $1,000 fine, or both if he disobeys the terms of the order.

Furlan disclosed in May 2025 that she had been corresponding on social media with a person she thought was the frontman of Falling in Reverse. The singer implied that she had fallen for a catfish scheme by denying that the discussions she had were with him. Both parties frequently shared things about each other on social media, and Radke even made fun of her in a Falling in Reverse music video. This led to a great deal of back-and-forth tension between the two. The issue reappeared earlier this year when Furlan accused Radke of trying to get in touch with her using purportedly phony social media accounts, which the singer denied being connected to. He retaliated by disparaging Furlan’s persona and appearance in a number of long videos.

In January, Radke requested a restraining order against Furlan, but it was turned down. According to the musician, he subpoenaed Snapchat to find out who was supposedly impersonating him. Later that month, Furlan filed a restraining order against Radke, but it was first rejected because the court clerk didn’t think it was an urgency. But the request was granted after the court decided to schedule a hearing to address it.
