Iron Maiden’s tour has started – the band has shared a recap of their opening show

The 2026 leg of British heavy metal icon Iron Maiden‘s “Run For Your Lives” global tour began on Saturday night, May 23, at the Olympic Athletic Center of Athens (OAKA) in Athens, Greece, as per Blabbermouth. Below is an official video summary of the performance. The song “Infinite Dreams” from Maiden’s seventh studio album, “Seventh Son Of A Seventh Son,” was added for the Athens performance. This was the first time the song had been performed live since 1988, when it was played during Maiden’s tour in support of the LP, even though the majority of the set list was the same as it was for the 2025 leg of “Run For Your Lives.”
