American alternative metal band In This Moment have released footage of a live-in-studio performance of their song “Whore”, recorded for satellite radio broadcaster SiriusXM.
The newly available performance gives fans another opportunity to hear one of the band’s best-known tracks in an intimate studio setting, with vocalist Maria Brink leading the performance.
Originally featured on In This Moment’s fourth studio album, “Blood”, released in 2012 through Century Media Records, “Whore” remains one of the group’s signature songs.
The track was subsequently released as a single in 2013 and received an official music video featuring Motionless In White vocalist Chris Motionless.
Despite its provocative title, Brink has explained that the song addresses empowerment, reclaiming control and challenging the negative labels placed on people.
“Whore” became a major milestone in the band’s career, earning platinum certification in the United States in 2022.
The song has remained a regular part of In This Moment’s live performances, including their recent Taste Of Chaos tour, where it frequently served as the closing number.
The release follows the October 31 premiere of another SiriusXM studio performance featuring In This Moment’s song “I Want To Believe”.
That track appears on the band’s ninth studio album, “Witch”, released on August 28, 2026, through Better Noise Music. The studio version features guest vocals from Rory Rodriguez of Dayseeker.
While “I Want To Believe” represents the band’s latest musical chapter, “Whore” offers a look back at the breakthrough period that helped establish In This Moment as a major name in modern alternative metal.
The group recently completed its run on the revived Taste Of Chaos tour, sharing the bill with Hollywood Undead, I See Stars and other acts.
In This Moment are also scheduled to appear at major American rock festivals in 2027, including Welcome To Rockville and Sonic Temple.
