Igorrr announces new album “Amen” for September release – listen to the new single “Infestis” now

French avant-garde mastermind Igorrr – aka Gautier Serre – is back with a brand new studio album. Titled “Amen”, the record is set to drop on September 19 via Metal Blade Records and features an impressive roster of guest musicians, including Scott Ian (Anthrax), Trey Spruance (Mr. Bungle), and Mike Leon (Soulfly).

The first single, “Infestis”, is already out and offers a haunting glimpse into the album’s sonic landscape. A chilling fusion of black metal, Tibetan instruments, and harsh distortion, the track dives headfirst into inner darkness without letting the listener catch their breath.

“Amen” marks Igorrr’s fifth studio effort and, according to the artist himself, his darkest creation to date. The album weaves together crushing melancholy and surreal chaos, featuring unpredictable tracks like “Blastbeat Falafel” and “ADHD” that inject an element of twisted fun into the otherwise brooding atmosphere.

To support the release, Igorrr will embark on a European tour in fall 2025 w/ Master Boot Record, Imperial Triumphant and again in the beginning of 2026.
