The fourth Helsinki Must Be Destroyed aka HMbD -festival is back with a bang. This time the festival will be held for one day on Saturday 28th of January 2023 at On The Rocks club in the center of Helsinki.
The headliner of the festival is the Norwegian band LÜT, and it is the band’s first performance in Finland. Norwegian rock band LÜT has over the past years established itself as one of Norway’s best live acts. With their fun, tight and energetic live-performance known for a hard hitting soundscape and grand guitars; LÜT delivers catchy melodic tunes singing in their native language. The band has already built up an impressive CV with Norwegian Grammy nomination, multiple fully booked summer tours and two critically acclaimed albums, which among others received 4/5 in Rolling Stone Magazine.

In addition to LÜT, punk legends Appendix, eighties crossover thrashers Final Assault, a Roihuvuori decadent alcoholics Mönni and glitter rock ambassadors Jee Jee Superbändi will play at the festival.

After the gigs, there will be a disco, where Turbojugend Finland DJ’s play danceable music from the worlds of punk, eurodance, 80’s disco, rock and industrial. If you only come to the disco, ticket sales at the door start at 23.30 and tickets cost 6 €, including the cloakroom (3,50 €).
