Guns N’ Roses have filed a lawsuit against a gun and ammunition store in Texas, claiming the owners are trying to trick fans into thinking there’s a connection between the store and the band.

“Texas Guns and Roses” is an online store operated by Jersey Village Florist, and sells firearms, ammunition, scopes and body armour — and also some flowers.

Court documents say the owners did not get permission from GN’R to use the name.

Tjhe band’s attorneys say the company “selected and adopted defendant’s marks for the purpose of confusing consumers into believing that it was connected or associated with, or licensed by, GN’R.”
