Gates To Hell withdraw from touring with Suffocation – replacement announced

Author Benedetta Baldin - 19.10.2026

Gates To Hell has canceled their appearance at the scheduled European/UK tour this fall with Despised Icon, Carnifex, and Suffocation. Gates To Hell published a statement this morning, October 19th, citing ‘unforeseen circumstances’ for their withdrawal from the bill. As a result of this scheduling modification, Gutrectomy and Kanine will now share opening duties on certain dates of that journey.

To our EU/UK friends,
We’re very sorry but due to unforeseen circumstances we have to drop our upcoming tour with Despised Icon, Carnifex, and Suffocation. We promise we will be back soon. Thank you all for your continued support.

Sorry to everyone who was looking forward to seeing us in UK/EU this fall. We will be back. If you’re still looking to support us, we have merch available on our BigCartel.

Blurring the lines between death metal, hardcore, and every brutal sound in between, Gates To Hell bring a monstrous energy to the studio and an unmatched ferocity to their live performances. From local shows bolstered by LBD Fest and the thriving Louisville music scene to dominating larger stages, the band has evolved into a rising juggernaut of sonic destruction.

“Gates To Hell is an amalgamation of the things we’re passionate about,” explains vocalist Ryan Storey. “Over time, touring and creating together, your influences, interests, and hobbies start to fuse into something unique.” Drawing inspiration from the violence and gore of classic horror, the band caters to fans of the grotesque and barbaric.

The band released their latest full-length in 2025, “Death Comes to All”. They released three singles from it: “Next to Bleed”, “21 Sacraments” and “Crazed Killer”. Their first album was released in 2022, and it was self-titled.
