Former Children Of Bodom guitarist Alexander Kuoppala has formed a new brutal death metal band named Thyrargo. The band will be releasing their debut EP entitled “Impulses” this Friday on March 4th consisting of four brutal death metal tracks in veins of bands like Cannibal Corpse. Alexander Kuoppala had the following to say about first single released from the EP titled “Husk” to Chaoszine:

“”Husk” is about frustration and wrath. It was written in very aggressive moment when I felt that I can’t control my frustration. Like Thyrargo‘s music in general, writing “Husk” was my way of burst those feelings out my system. Lyrics are about a moment of clarity during overcoming personal weaknesses, and celebrating ones inner will over a slowly dying ego.

Whole band is waiting to play “Husk” live because it has so uncompromising and raw energy. It will be total in-your-face experience live.”
