Evanescence to release new single “Afterlife” for Netflix’s Devil May Cry series
US rock band Evanescence has announced the release of a new single “Afterlife”, composed for Netflix’s upcoming animated series Devil May Cry. The song will be released this Friday 28 March 2025.
Before the actual release, fans will have the chance to see the lyric video for the song on Thursday March 27th. The video features unprecedented footage from the series, which will premiere on Netflix on April 3rd.
Singer Amy Lee announced last September that the band had begun the creative process for a new album. Lee mentioned that the band has a lot of ideas and that the band had entered the studio in November.
