Down is currently in the studio recording new music

It appears that Down‘s eagerly anticipated next album is currently in the recording stage. The NOLA sludge metal supergroup’s most recent EP was released in 2014, and their most recent full-length album was released back in 2007. Months have already passed since the group began writing this new opus, and the recently released studio photos below seem to show that they are finally putting their ideas down on paper. In the upcoming months, the band has a few more gigs scheduled.
