Dome Runner release first single “Split Self Matrix” from upcoming album

Finnish industrial-metal outfit Dome Runner have unveiled the lead single “Split Self Matrix” from their forthcoming second album “World Panopticon”, due November 21 on Svart Records. The band, active since 2017, blends extreme metal, hardcore, and dystopian soundscapes in their sound.

“World Panopticon” is a double album, totalling about 77 minutes, which the band describe as representing their strongest and boldest songwriting to date, pushing further in dynamics and sonic scope. Thematically, it is built around a dystopian future, social observation, and the inner struggle of an “observing self” striving for rebirth despite internal shackles. “Split Self Matrix” reflects that conflict: polarities in tension, the end of one state, and the cusp of something beyond.

The album will be released in multiple physical formats: ultra-clear with black smoke vinyl, limited turquoise vinyl, classic black vinyl, and a digipak CD.
