Dave Grohl lends his throne to a metal bassist who was shot in the leg
A while ago media reported about Greyhawk bassist Darin Wall, who prevented a possible mass shooting by tackling a person hiding a gun. However, during the struggle, Wall was shot in the leg, which has made it more difficult to play gigs.
However, Wall has been assisted by Dave Grohl of the rock band Foo Fighters, who decided to lend the bassist the “throne” he has used. Grohl used it at his band’s gigs in 2015 after accidentally breaking his leg.
“This whole ordeal has been intense, surreal and humbling. Of course I wish it never happened, and that this bullet was not in my leg, but the love and support the rock and metal community has shown is staggering. Words can’t describe how moving this night was. Thank you all!”, Wall writes on Instagram.
