Cyhra release new digital single “Skin From Bones”

Following their successful single “Superman“, Cyhra have released more new music today. “Skin From Bones” is the second single from the melodic metal band through their new label Reigning Phoenix Music. The track was mixed by guitarist Euge Valovirta, mastered by Maor Appelbaum, and features artwork by Gustavo Sazes. The single explores breaking free from self-deception and personal burdens, uncovering inner strength by shedding layers of pain.

“Skin From Bones” functions as both a battle cry and a moment of liberation. It examines the challenges of confronting inner demons and falsehoods, serving as an anthem of self-discovery, resilience, and the difficult but necessary healing process. The song suggests that true healing requires stripping everything down to its essence.

The track begins with powerful riffs and a memorable keyboard melody, but Cyhra incorporate unexpected elements including a crossover-influenced second verse that ventures into rap territory, showcasing an unusual side of vocalist Jake E’s capabilities. The bridge features explosive breakdowns that emphasize the thematic significance of the song.
